The Multi-National Force works alongside the Iraqi government. The job of the Multi-National Force is to train, equipt and organize Iraqi security forces. The Multi-National Force also works on the frontlines conducting counter-insurgency missions and conducting operations to immobilize extremist and terrorist groups in Iraq.

Some of the photos include: Graduation ceremony of the cadets at the Najaf Police Academy, troops working with the people of As Siniyah to build a security berm (a high wall-often made of earth) around their village to keep insurgents out, and soldiers being briefed on a mission.

Out of 55 of the most wanted, only 11 men are at large. The two men killed mentioned on this page are Saddam's heinous sons.
